By accessing and using the Little Genius Co. website, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time — the "last updated" date above will always tell you when. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Orders & Cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase; it's accepted when we send your order confirmation. Need to change or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll take care of it. After 12 hours your order may already be processing and we can't guarantee changes — but our 30-day return policy still has you covered. We currently ship within the US only.
Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly between screens, and natural wood grain makes each toy a little unique. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Pricing & Errors
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any promotions or discounts are valid for the stated period only. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order — you'll receive a full refund and an apology.
Returns
We offer 30-day, hassle-free returns. If something arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no need to ship the damaged item back. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Safety
Our toys are designed for the age ranges specified. Always follow the age recommendations and safety warnings provided with each product. Adult supervision is recommended for all children's play.

All content on this website, including designs, text, images, and the Little Genius Co. brand, is our property and protected by copyright law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Genius Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
