Toy Safety

Your child's safety is non-negotiable. Here's exactly what we do to earn your trust.

Standards We Source Against

ASTM F963

The US Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety. Covers mechanical, physical, flammability, chemical, and electrical safety requirements.

EN71

The European standard for toy safety. Covers physical/mechanical properties, flammability, and migration of certain chemical elements.

CPSIA

The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act. Sets limits on lead, phthalates, and other substances in children's products sold in the US.

Our Safety Practices

  • 1We require safety documentation against ASTM F963, EN71, and CPSIA from suppliers before a product joins the catalog.
  • 2We review supplier test reports and reject products without credible documentation.
  • 3We choose water-based, non-toxic paints and finishes.
  • 4All wood is sustainably sourced and free from harmful treatments or chemicals.
  • 5We monitor customer feedback closely and remove any product with a safety concern immediately.
  • 6Our products carry clear age grades and choking hazard warnings where required by law.

Choking Hazard Guidance for Parents

Some of our products designed for children ages 3 and up may contain small parts. These products carry the following federally required warning:

⚠️ WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD — Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs.

We always recommend checking the age grade on each product before purchase. If you have children of different ages in your home, please supervise play with toys that contain small parts.

Toys in our Infant (0–12 months) collection are specifically designed to be safe for the youngest children and do not contain small parts.
